Hi, I’m Danielle and I’m so glad you’re here.
My Approach
I want for my clients what I want for myself: to feel unburdened, connected, alive, open, weird, messy, growing, and deeply human in this wild, broken, beautiful world.
I believe you are worthy simply because you exist. That might feel radical in a world that constantly demands proof of our value, but it's the foundation of my work. Many of my clients arrive feeling worn down by internalized expectations, trying to meet impossible standards or silence parts of themselves that feel “too much” or “not enough.” They're navigating body image struggles, grief, transitions, relationship challenges, or the slow ache of disconnection from their authentic self.
I work with people who want more than survival. They want to feel free, empowered, and able to tend to their inner world with care rather than criticism. Together, we make space for parts that have been pushed down, judged, or ignored. I help clients explore patterns that no longer serve them and create and nurture what is more aligned with their values, voice, and life.
My Background
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I have been in practice for 13 years. I received my Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and my Bachelors in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, crocheting, tie dyeing, being with animals, doing Pilates, and being outdoors. My happy place is a tie between reading outside at a great coffee shop and kayaking a calm river on a hot day.
