Questions & Answers

What services do you offer?

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults. Sessions often take place weekly and over time move to biweekly as the therapeutic relationship develops and clients make progress toward their goals.

What can I expect from a session with you?

Initially, sessions focus on getting to know clients and exploring their goals. My approach is eclectic, which means that I draw from various modalities that I find most helpful. This enables me to tailor treatment so that my clients receive individualized and high-quality care.

My style is warm, real, and collaborative. I show up as a full person in the therapy space, offering both empathy and gentle challenge. Clients often describe feeling truly seen and supported to step into change at their own pace.

How much do sessions cost? Can I use my insurance?

I am in network with Aetna, Optum (United Healthcare, Connecticare), and Medicaid (Husky). I will also provide a superbill to submit to your insurance if you elect to use Out of Network benefits.

If you have another insurance carrier and do not have Out of Network Benefits, I am happy to discuss with you a private pay rate for services.
